Good hotel, but could use a little touch up and new IT system
Good noise concellation, the pool was busy + a construction site + the highway and we couldn't hear it. Nice views from the room. Decently sized apartment, did not feel cramped. Good wifi, had our own router in the apartment. AC worked slowly but definitely got the job done. The kitchen was well-equiped, had an oven, microwave, fridge, pots/pans, cuttlery, etc.
We reserved on Booking but had to pay throught their website or through a bank transfer. The website was down, so we paid through a bank transfer. It took a few days to go through, during which they tried to charge the card on Booking twice. This was despite us sending the payment confirmation to THREE different emails that they provided us with (we think two of them were incorrect emails). The check-in times are attrocious. We saw queues all the time to check in, and we had to queue up too, and waited around half an hour and that's with us being SECOND in line. We don't think it's the staff's fault, we have a feeling the program they use is slow, but either way it was a very unpleasant experience. For a 4-star hotel, the damage in the room was very noticeable. A broken door frame to the kitchen, a broken AC vent, marks on the wall, dirty curtains. The mattress is not for everyone. It was hard and thin, I personally liked it, but my partner did not.

Good location with pool
Noisy “oiks” on the Saturday night - probably English lager louts but some Spanish . Hotel staff didn’t quieten them at 12.30/1am !!
